Delivery Checklist

Your answers to these questions are critical to ensure a safe and secure delivery of your product. When we arrive and are ready to deliver your product, if there are obstacles in our path of delivery, or if prior commitments are not met in regards to fence posts / sections or other obstructions being removed, added fees will apply and possibly result in rescheduling the delivery of your product.

We do offer a site inspection if you would like to have an added sense of security that your delivery will be smooth and flawless.

1. What type of foundation do you have to place your product on? -For spas / BB-Q / kitchen / fireplace equipment we reccomend a foundation of reinforced concrete with a minimum 4" thickness. -Foundation description:___________________________________

2. Is your product going up or down any steps, into a hole or enclosure? Yes / No - If YES, describe # steps surroundings, etc.:___________________________________

3. For a spa width clearance must be at least 42 inches thru to your pad, latches, gate hinges, plants, gas meters sprinkler structures etc. must be taken into account. - Total width:____________________________________

4. Height clearance must be at least 108 inches thru to your pad, take into account, trees, overhangs, etc. - Total height:____________________________________

5. What is the distance from the end of your driveway to your pad or product resting spot? - Distance:_______________________________________

Some Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I do not have clearance?

• NOT A PROBLEM!! We have a number of crane companies we work with.

Electrical and gas hook ups?

• We are not licensed to do electrical and gas but we do have some referral companies if you are interested.

I have an old spa with very old water in it?

• When transporting or removing an old spa, all hook ups must be unhooked and water drained prior to removal date.
